You can use two methods to file your complaint, first by just contacting them through online or telephonic means or by filing a proper online form specifying yourself and your complaint.

You can contact an Aadhaar Card service provider by directly using your mobile or email address Aadhaar number, to directly contact the respected department of the issues that are concerning you. Method 2. Online Form
You can always use their official website, to file any complain or worry relating to Aadhaar card or Aadhaar number.

Steps – Click here to get redirected to the online form, where you can easily file a complaint and submit it online. The form requires you to submit a bunch of personal details before submitting your request. These details include your email address, mobile number, and resident address and complain details. You can add the complaint or inquiry in the remark box placed at the bottom of the screen.
Just ensure to enter the email ID and mobile number which is already registered with your Aadhaar card. Also make sure that you use the complaint type and category carefully, as they might not be considered if they are not related. 

Note:
1. Before filing a complaint, ensure to check you Aadhaar status on their official website.
2. In case of any disturbance or problems while submitting a compliant, contact Aadhaar toll free number ‘1947’ or you can also send a mail to their service care help@uidai.gov.in.
3. You can use the online form for registering enrollment and operator agency problems.
4. Enrollment number is mandatory for filing certain complaint, so make sure to keep it handy.

    Kirron you can update any detail on your aadhaar card using UIDAI's official or by visiting your nearest aadhaar card center with the supporting document.
